Orders
All orders placed through the Discats website are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected, or if a product is out of stock.
Prices
All prices on our website are listed in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify prices, product descriptions, or availability at any time without prior notice.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen.
Free shipping is offered on orders over €100 (or as otherwise stated on the website).
DisCats is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
Returns and refunds
If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one or a similar product. You can return a product up to 14 days from the shipment was received. This right is valid only for products in their original packages and products that are unused and in condition to be put on sale again. All items must be returned in original condition, including possible manufacturer packaging, tags, and any accessories. In case of returns or changes, if the purchased product(s) has no bigger fault or delivery is not done by accident, the customer is responsible to pay return shipment fee 6,9€ (in Finland). Please ensure returns are packaged carefully. For International returns you are responsible for the cost of returning any items. Make sure you use a logistics service provider that insures the shipment for it’s value and gives you a proof of shipping. Always inform us in advance that your will return products by sending us email, after the contact we provide you further instructions.
Include the following information on the return shipment:
- order number
- your name and postal address
- your email address and telephone number
- copy of order acknowledgement or receipt
Send your returns to our contact address on below. Once we have received your shipment and checked the returned items are in mint condition we’ll proceed with refunding you the payment. We’ll refund the amount you paid for your item(s) back with the same payment method your used placing the order.
We would like to bring to your attention an update to our return policy, specifically regarding sale items. All sale items will be considered final sale, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
